I posted a picture on Saturday of this cardamom-pistachio pound cake and many of you were asking for the recipe.
For this recipe, all you need to do is add one teaspoon of powdered cardamom seeds and 1/4 cup of chopped pistachios (+more for the topping) to my pound cake recipe.
It makes the perfect base for pistachio cake-qtrawerry shortcake.
Ans toasted with some perfectly made chai isn’t half bad either.
